Making an impact beyond our Brick CIty campus!

Coming together to support NJIT students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As we face the many challenges of the weeks, and months ahead, we are sure of one thing at NJIT and that is: Highlanders care for each other, our loved ones, our communities, and our world. Wherever you live, all Highlanders share in the spirit of caring, and as a university community, we have the opportunity to show it with messages of kindness, some reassuring words, or as a gift that will have an immediate impact.

In the world’s most challenging locations, NJIT’s Engineers Without Borders (NJIT EWB) is partnering with Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA) in communities to assist them with meeting their basic human needs. We’re building footbridges to provide pathways to opportunities.

Our next project in a small village in Ecuador will allow us to dig for water so hope can spring from the mountains and provide the small village with clean water for to the community and allow the community to thrive for years to come.

NJIT EWB and EWB-USA will work together to build a better world through engineering projects that empower communities to meet their basic needs.

Our vision is a world in which every community is provided with the tools to be remain sustainable and viable. Your generosity will make this a reality!
